I was reviewing my company's health insurance plan today and I found something very, very interesting. Under the current plan, Tommy John Surgery is covered at 95%! Not only that, but the coolest thing is that they'll cover the procedure as a preventative measure. Now that's cool. I think I'm going to do it.
