Maybe someone out there knows the answer... What's with soul patches? I don't get it. Why do soul patches exist? Is it to say:

"Hey, I'm a wimp!"

Or...

"Hey, I'm non-commital about facial hair!"

Or...

"Hey, this is my mouth, but I want you to treat it like a vagina!"

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
